Please note: Members who have stayed with us during the off-season will no longer be eligible to re-join the Live Well 30A Membership in the future. If cancelling as a monthly paying Member, you will be charged one final month, as a 30 day notice is required.

Cancellation Terms

By checking this box, I understand my Live Well 30A Membership will be terminated immediately. If I am a monthly paying Member, my card on file will be charged one final month as a 30 day notice is required. Annual Memberships will not be renewed so long as they are canceled 30 days prior to the annual renewal date. Membership dues are non-refundable. If I have completed an off-season stay through the Live Well 30a Membership, I will no longer be eligible to re-join the Live Well 30A Membership in the future.
