One slip covered boat dock with swim pier just a few steps to water, plus access to free boat launch at Rock Creek Marina. 4 kayaks included plus floating lily pad.

Perfect for families, couples, or friend groups. BIG water views from every room. Massive sun deck for outdoor entertaining, relaxing & watching the sunsets.

Step inside and be greeted by the warm and inviting living room, complete with comfortable seating, huge windows, and stunning views of the lake. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for whipping up delicious meals, which can be enjoyed in the adjacent dining area with gas fireplace. Smith Lake Cottage is one of the original cottages built on the lake and it is so charming!

Exterior:
This is where the magic happens. Enjoy conversation around the Fire pit just outside, relax on the (new) large sun deck with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas. The porch and sundeck over look the lake and you can walk down a few stairs to our private boat dock for swimming, kayaking and fishing! This includes a swim pier, 4 kayaks and 2 lily pads for floating!

Bedrooms:
The primary bedroom features a very comfortable King Bed with a TV. The second bedroom is perfect for kids and other guests! 2 twin beds + a futon to hang out on while watching TV or playing games. The futon also includes a trundle to sleep an additional person.

There are several boat and jet ski rentals available on the lake. The cottage is very close to the public boat launch at Rock Creek Marina.

The Fine Print: Live Well 30A Members are welcome to utilize the Smith Like Cottage as a part of their annual Member benefits / toward their 14 nights per year. Housekeeping fees will apply.
