Winston at Rosemary is a beautiful home with a lovely private pool. Situated on the border between Rosemary beach and Inlet Beach, this perfect location allows for a 2 min walk to the heart of Rosemary, and a day long bike ride along 30A. Rosemary Beach and Inlet Beach offer great shops, open air markets and plenty to do. If you are looking for a peaceful weekend getaway, a restful week, or a fun multi-family vacation, Winston at Rosemary is a perfect home for you.

Walking in from the pool deck, you enter a great open living/dining/kitchen area with plenty of seating to dine or watch TV. Take the stairs or elevator to the second and third floor bedrooms and great balconies. The second floor has one king-master suite and a second king bedroom. The third floor has one king master suite, a second king bedroom and 4 full-sized hallway bunks. Additionally, if you need additional space, there is an available carriage house for rent that sleeps 4 with a queen master and king-sized sleeper sofa. With your private pool, proximity to the beach, off-street parking for 2 vehicles and the proximity to Rosemary you may never need to drive while on vacation.

Please Note:

• This property is positioned on the Rosemary Beach border, but does not have access to Rosemary Beach amenities.

• The pool is heated up to 85 degrees, however this feature is something our team must activate for you (for an additional fee of $65/day), so be sure to let us know ahead of time if you feel you’re going to need it during you stay.

• This property has a separate carriage house & flat located in front of Winston at Rosemary. Please be aware that it may be occupied by other Members during your stay. The guest staying in the Main house has priority to the pool.
